This Privacy Policy explains how Grow Revenue Expert (the website at growrevenue.expert) collects, uses, and protects personal data. The site is operated by ActivityPress LLC.
If you have questions about how your data is handled, email [email protected].
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for personal data collected through this site is:
ActivityPress LLC
30 N Gould St Ste #43227
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States
Email: [email protected]
2. What we collect
Information you provide through the contact form. When you submit the inquiry form at /hire/, we receive the data you enter. This currently includes: your name, email address, store URL (optional), platform, monthly revenue range, situation description, urgency, what you have already tried, openness to hosting changes, and any free text you add.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and security layer record technical data needed to serve the page and protect the site. This includes IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small number of cookies for site function, security, and (with your consent) analytics. The full list, purpose, duration, and provider for each cookie is available on the Cookie Policy page and through the cookie settings panel on the site.
We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, political views, religious beliefs, biometric data, etc.) and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
3. Why we use your data and the legal basis
Responding to your inquiry. When you submit the form, we use the data to read and reply to your message, assess whether the work is a fit, and discuss scope. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Site security and abuse prevention. Cloudflare and security cookies help protect the site against attacks, spam, and abusive bots. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
Analytics. Google Analytics measures how visitors find and use the site so we can improve content and structure. Analytics cookies are only loaded if you give consent through the cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by reopening the cookie settings.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send marketing emails. We do not pass your data to advertising networks.
4. Who receives your data
We share personal data only with service providers needed to run the site and respond to you. Each provider acts as a processor under a written agreement.
Hosting: HostArmada (Dynamic Net Inc.). Site files and form submissions are stored on a server located in Frankfurt, Germany.
DNS, CDN, and security: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Routes traffic, caches static content, and protects against attacks. Some bot management and security cookies are set by Cloudflare.
Anti-bot protection on forms: Cloudflare Turnstile (United States). Used to confirm that form submissions come from a human, not a bot.
Analytics: Google LLC (United States), through Google Analytics 4. Only loaded if you accept analytics cookies.
Email delivery and reading: When you submit the form, the contents are delivered to a Google Workspace / Gmail inbox operated by the person who replies on behalf of the company. Email is stored in that inbox until you ask us to delete it.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare and Google are based in the United States. When you visit the site or accept analytics cookies, some personal data (such as IP address and usage data) is transferred to the United States.
These transfers are protected under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Cloudflare and Google are both self-certified. Where the framework does not apply, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses signed with the provider.
The hosting server itself is in Germany, so the form submission data you send through the site is stored within the EU.
6. How long we keep your data
Form submissions and email replies: kept in the operator’s email inbox for as long as the conversation remains useful for context, or until you ask us to delete it. There is no automatic deletion schedule. If you want your inquiry deleted, send a request to the email above and we will remove it.
Server access logs: retained by the hosting provider for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.
Google Analytics data: retained for 14 months from the last visit, then deleted by Google.
Cookie consent record: kept by CookieYes for up to 12 months so we can show you the banner again at the end of that period.
7. Your rights under the GDPR
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction with similar law, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you (right of access)
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data (right to rectification)
- ask us to delete your data (right to erasure)
- ask us to limit how we use your data (right to restriction)
- receive your data in a portable format, or have it sent to another provider (right to data portability)
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (right to object)
- withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time, without affecting processing already done
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. There is no fee for a standard request.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country. In other EU countries, your national supervisory authority.
8. Security
Personal data is protected by industry-standard measures: HTTPS for all traffic, server-level firewall, application firewall (Cloudflare), brute-force and malware protection on the WordPress layer, and limited access to the email inbox where form submissions arrive.
No system is fully secure. If a breach happens that puts your rights at risk, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by Article 33 and 34 of the GDPR.
9. Children
The site and the services described on it are directed at business owners and decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data through the form, email us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change or when the law requires. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 30 days. The previous version is available on request.
