These terms govern your use of the website at growrevenue.expert (the “Site”), operated by ActivityPress LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste #43227, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is an informational and lead-capture website for a freelance WordPress and WooCommerce performance consulting service operating under the Grow Revenue Expert brand. The Site provides articles, case studies, service descriptions, free tools, and an inquiry form for prospective clients.
The Site does not provide a service in itself. Using the Site, reading the content, or submitting the form does not create a client relationship. Any actual consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, typically arranged through the Codeable platform after an initial reply to your inquiry.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, or republish content from the Site without written permission
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, the server, or related infrastructure
- use the Site or the inquiry form to send spam, abusive content, or anything illegal

- use the Site in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation
We may suspend or block access from any visitor who breaches these rules.
3. Inquiry form
The Site provides a contact form for prospective clients. Submitting the form does not create an obligation on us to respond, accept the work, or quote a price. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry, including without giving a reason.
When we accept an engagement, the terms of that engagement are set out in a separate agreement. The Codeable platform (codeable.io) is the usual venue for contracting, escrow, and payment.
By submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Personal data submitted through the form is handled in line with the Privacy Policy.
4. Free tools and calculators
The Site may offer free tools, calculators, or downloadable resources. These are provided for general informational purposes only. They produce estimates, not guarantees. Results may not reflect the specific circumstances of any individual website, store, or business.
We do not warrant that the output of any tool is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying and acting on the output at your own risk.

Our total aggregate liability arising from these terms or your use of the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to sue in your local courts. In that case, your local rules apply to that part of the dispute.

We may update these terms when our practices change or when the law requires. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 30 days.
